• 1 16oz. package of Tiseo's frozen dough

  • 1 gallon Boiling water

  • 1 Egg yolk

  • 1 tablespoon Water



  1. Let the dough thaw overnight in the refrigerator.

  2. Cut the loaf into 9-12 pieces. Roll into ropes and pinch the ends together to form a circle.

  3. Preheat the oven to 350F.

  4. Drop bagels into the boiling water, cooking one minute per side. Lift out with a slotted spoon and place on a greased cookie sheet.

  5. Brush with a mixture of egg yolk and water.

  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
