Tiseo's Frozen Pizza Dough

Thawing Instructions
  1. Overnight method: Let the frozen pizza dough thaw in refrigerator overnight in the original package.

  2. Room Temperature Method: Let dough thaw at room temperature approximately 3.5 hours or until dough is soft. Place the dough in a narrow bowl, rub dough lightly with oil, cover bowl with plastic wrap and pull tight. Use a clean towel to cover all - creating a warm area for the dough to rise.


Dough can remain in the refrigerator to thaw, and should remain refrigerated until used. Contents in the bag will make one 12", 14", or 16" pizza. For thick crusted pizza, or square party style pizza, use 2 dough's.

Tiseo's frozen pizza dough can remain thawed in the refrigerator for up to a week.

Baking Instructions
  1. Flour dough lightly

  2. Shape dough with hands and stretch to size. We do not recommend using a rolling pin to shape the dough, unless you prefer the dough to be thin. But it is your choice. Place dough on a pizza screen or on a greased pizza pan. 

    For thicker crust, use more than one package of dough. Or if you are using a pan, spread the dough in the pan and cover. Let set for 1/2 hour - 1 hour or until desired thickness has been obtained.

  3. Add sauce, cheese and desired toppings. Topping suggestions include: broccoli, pineapple, mushrooms, green peppers, olives, onions, anchovies, bacon, sausage, Mexican pepper, and pepperoni. Be creative!

  4. Bake in preheated oven until golden brown at 450 - 500 for about 10 - 14 minutes. The hotter the oven, the better.

*Turn pizza once during cooking process.

*Remember ovens vary in temperature so keep an eye on your pizza!
